We know you're trusting SuperFind with access to Illustrator files you care about. Here's a plain-language summary of how we protect your data and your work.
Your files stay yours, and stay local
SuperFind runs entirely inside Adobe Illustrator, on your own computer. The only network calls the Software makes are to our licensing server, to activate, validate or deactivate your license. Nothing else. We never see, access, or upload the content of your Illustrator files: the Software has no feature that sends file content anywhere. Starting the free Trial or buying a license happens in your web browser, on LemonSqueezy's checkout, not inside the Software.
What we do handle
Just enough to run a license system: a hashed device identifier (computed on your computer; the raw identifier never leaves it), your license key and activation status, the IP address of license requests for rate limiting, and, when you start a Trial or make a purchase, the email address you enter at checkout, handled by our payment provider. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
No secrets inside the Software
The Software contains no API keys or credentials. All communication with LemonSqueezy goes through our own licensing server, which also checks that a key belongs to SuperFind before doing anything with it.
Encryption
All communication between the Software and our licensing server, and between your browser and our website, is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS).
No data sold, ever
We don't sell your data to advertisers or data brokers, and we don't use it for anything beyond running and improving SuperFind. See our Privacy Policy for the full list of the few external services (sub-processors) we rely on and why.
Your license, your control
You can deactivate your license from any device at any time, and switching devices is automatic: no waiting, no support ticket required. If you are on a Monthly or Annual subscription, you can also cancel future renewals at any time through the customer portal provided by LemonSqueezy; access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.
Installers
SuperFind is distributed as native installers: a .pkg for macOS and an .exe for Windows, downloaded after checkout. The macOS installer is signed and notarized with Apple. The Windows installer is not yet code-signed, so Windows SmartScreen may show a warning on first launch; the exact steps to proceed are documented in our Installation guide. The Software never updates itself silently: new versions are published as new installers that you download and install yourself.
Responsible disclosure
If you believe you've found a security issue in SuperFind or on this website, please email customer.oibo@gmail.com. We'll acknowledge reports and address genuine issues as a priority.
